Restoring heritage and listed buildings is our forte . The passion for restoration is practised by every member of our team. Our vast experience as a whole is evident in the many projects we have been involved in. These range from large stately homes, period properties, grade II listed structures, schools and historic hotels.
Green Key Restoration was founded in Autumn 2022 by Mark Greenberry and Rachel Key with the objective of creating a centre of excellence in the restoration of old buildings. Mark, Rachel and their team collectively have over 100 years experience maintaining our British history. Prior to the creation of Green Key Restoration, all our team have worked for other companies involved in the restoration trade.

We hold the advanced CHAS accreditation covering subjects such as contractor, finance, environment, modern slavery & identity checks.
Aclaim help us to produce well thought out and considered health & safety documentation. In doing so, our goal is to reduce risk on site.
Our Construction Line Gold Membership is a mark of excellence allowing us to offer a broad range of consulting services in health & safety at work.
Mark holds a City & Guilds Level 4 in Supervision of Construction & Civil Engineering. We are good at resource, planning & working practices.
Construction Industry Training Board. We have certifications allowing us to supervise and manage construction sites safely. Check our qualifications.
Construction Skills Certification Scheme – We hold both the Gold and Blue cards. This is essential for us to go on most construction sites.
Prefabricated Access Suppliers & Manufacturer’s Association allowing Green Key Limited to erect and work on scaffold systems safely.
International Powered Access Federation allows us to work on windows, skylights and roofs safely at height on cherry pickers, sky jacks and scissor lifts.
First Aid at Work certificates are held by various members of our team. We plan not to have accidents, but we also plan for these scenarios.
UK Asbestos Training Association certifies us with essential asbestos awareness training. Old builds can hide many types of dangerous materials.
