Calverley Hall Workshop
Calverley Hall has a long rich history dating back to the 14th century and is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. over the century’s, many parts have been built, modified and added to. There is a chapel, cottages and stunning panelling.
The Landmark Trust acquired the property in 1981 and recently commenced a full restoration of the hall with the view to creating rentals and holiday lets.
During Spring 2023, we ran two separate courses, each over 2 days supporting home owners and professionals in the art of sash window restoration and maintenance.
Each of the participants learned how to cut and fit glass, apply putty, learn about the different types of glass, understand how to do resin repairs, hang lead counter balance weights. Each course had 9 participants who were applied through the Landmark Trust.
